Review of Dad's Best Friend by Amy Brent

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Cole Crayton and Violet Summers. Cole has become a a bitter man since his divorce. He is a in and out kind of guy. However when he sees Violet at a party that he happens to come to at the Summers home he is blown away by how grown up she has become. Even though there is a part of him that wants to do all kinds of dirty things to her the other part keeps thinking about her father being his oldest and one of his only friends. Can he old it together or will this woman be his downfall?

Violet has wanted Cole since she turned 16. At first she thought it was a simple crush but as the years have gone by she knows that she wants him beyond understanding. The problem is getting close enough to him to have that one and done time. So when she gets an internship with him she knows this is her chance if only she can convince him. Can she get everything she wants and what will happen once she does?

This is a great book about getting what you want and finding out that you still crave more? There are many ups and downs in this book that I really want to tell you about but don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
