Review of Rocking Kin by Terri Anne Browning

In this book we get McKinley Montez and Jace St. Charles. Kin and Jace knew each other in the past but Jace came to California to make something of the Tainted Knights and Kin followed after her mother's death. When her mother is told she had only a short time to live she make Kin promise that she will go to California and spend time with her father. The problem with this is her father is never around and after she gets a new friend at school her step-mother wants to use them both to boost her and her daughters fame. The problem is her new friend is Lucy Thornton and neither of them are looking to increase their exposure in the tabloids. When she comes with Lucy to First Bass and sees Jace all her old feelings come back both the good and the bad. What happens if she gives Jace a second chance will he break her heart again or will they finally get a HEA?

Jace knew that he left the best thing he would ever have back on the East Coast but he had to make a choice between his girl and his music. Now that she is in California he is determined to show her that even though he made a mistake leaving her behind he will never do it again if she will just give him a second chance. Can he get her to give him that chance though or will he be doomed to want only one woman and never have her?

This is a great story about finding love and fighting to make sure that you will never loose it. It also shows that no matter what the promise is that you make to someone the one you make to yourself is the most important one of all. There are some twists and turns in this book that I really want to tell you about but don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this is a must read that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
