Review of Faery Godlover by Lizzie Lynn Lee

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

What do you do when you are a bored immortal? Well find many things or women to amuse yourself with right? That is what Prince Duada believes. So when he is brought before the Queen of the Fae also his aunt he knows things are serious. Normally she just ignores his amusements but apparently he has been with one to many women for the Queen to look the other way. More to the point he has been with one to many of the wrong women. So for his punishment the Queen sends him to earth to help a human female find love. The problem with this is Prince Duada has never been in love so he doesn't know how to get it for someone else. What happens though when the woman he is suppose to be helping no longer wants or needs his help? Can he just go back to his old life or will this experience change him forever?

Jasmine is the most unlucky in love woman on the planet or at least that is what she believes. She knows she is in a job that is going no where but when she needed money to finish college she had no help so she took what she could. She is constantly on the verge of loosing this lousy job because of some innocent incidents that got her into major trouble. So when the most handsome man she has ever seen comes into the coffee house she needs to remember to keep her cool even though she wants to shove him out the door. This will not be the only time she will see this man because he tells her he is here to help find her love. With her track record she thinks this is a no win situation but she will let him try. What happens when she starts having feelings for the one person she shouldn't? Should she make him another of her mistakes or will she ignore the attraction and let him help her find her mister right?

This is a great story about two people who have never met the right person. They have always held a part of themselves back without even realizing it. This book has many funny situations just like any blind dating would have. Especially if you aren't the person on the blind date. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
